Hi Mike, Just want to point out the American Bass GF-8 price point is $50 per speaker and the Orion Cobalt CT-M8 is around $35 per PAIR. I have 8 pair of the CT-M8 myself and paid $33 each pair shipped for them. Great videos man. Keep them coming!

Mike thanks for all your test. I know most of your test are for car Audio but because of your test, I've decide what to install in my motorcycle cruiser. Faital pro 6 1/2 up front and 8 inch mid bass in saddle bags. I'm not sure if most people know they are water resistant. The open air frequency response is amazing on a cruiser. People are sleeping on them because everyone knows Hertz or PRV. FAITAL Pro is a light weight design and is perfect for fronts and saddle bags. If you ever come across another water resistant mid bass, test it against the Faital Pro... I'll be watching. I know you don't like skar horns (tweets), but in open air are perfect on cruisers.

one thing i should say is the magnate is/ basket is HUGE my windows didn't roll down or up I had to back them off a lot windows still rub when rolling them up and down ... Large 6x9s worth every penny....

The Orion Cobalt has better sound quality, by far. The American Bass is loud, I mean 'LOUD'. I am more 4 quality. The midbass or lower treble is more enjoyable on the Orion, & higher treble or midrange is not screaming but smoother on the Orion.
