It's a matter of preference if you want more highs you would go with the the tri-ale and you would pay the few dollars more

DS 18 work good, but I have 2 old boss tw18 and I never see sound like that,no one beat this old TW18 Boss, but the new tw 18 are not the same, so to me DB Machete are amazing

well they advertize it to be 350 watt sub but that is the max output, well lets see how they rock my own crafted 350 rms watt mahogany sub. it's max watt is 1050watt it has a very good vibe element and should be very interesting test.

It's hard to tell from the fact it's re-recorded. It sounds to me like the pioneer compresses the sound a bit to fake a fuller sound. Lots of stuff I'm hearing there I can't hear from the kicker. The kicker seems louder and maybe the bass is picking up lower frequencies. And that's why the guy says it's more powerful and shaking the table but the pioneer makes louder bass in the video. It's hard for me because the kicker seems a little punchier and the pioneer seems unchararistically a little muddy even though it's getting more detail. I'm looking for something bassy to throw in the back under the rear window so I think the pioneer is good for me. The glass should help the other frequencies match that seemingly more detailed bass

bookshelf speakers are for mid and high's they need to paired with a crossover and a subwoofer. 2.1. this demo is bogus.
