Emperor's Crusade awh mate I am blown away by the quality on the table in all your videos 😁. I don't mind the recap style of filming as well, but I'd love to see some more dice rolling i.e. turn the camera on when you have a pivotal moment about to roll, rather than tell us about it later. That's just my opinion, you do play HUEG games so I understand why you do the narrative style.

gorgeous armies and a great battle. i love that the boss was pretty much the last ork left, completely surrounded and still cracking heads! if you do another report of this size i recommend keeping half of each force off the board to arrive on the second and third turns to give you more room to manouvre and make it last a little longer.

Haha actually they’re far too simple to make a tutorial on. It’s simply 3mm cork tile glued onto the base then sprayed with chaos black. I then drybrush with dawnstone and then administratum grey on the edges. The tufts are mordheim tufts from gw. 😊😊

Orks have a huge disadvantage in that their weapons pay for the assault ability, but if they use it, they are hitting on 6... there is a big difference in the value of assault weapons in the hands of marines vs orks, one they did not account for. In addition, the indexes charged way too many points for big melee weapons, and the orks have not had that corrected yet. This made nearly all of their vehicles overcosted. And then their stupid rules for how their big guns batteries work... In general, they thought they had a completely different balance between melee and shooting effectiveness than it turned out was realistic. Orks suffered the most from this, as BS5+ is mostly worthless.

what are you talking about you puddin? orks are some of the best shooters in the game now i went from guard to orks because im sick of my guard hitting on 6s ork assault weapons ignore the penalty if u are evil suns as well btw which is a good faction or if u want to be extra rape just mob up 25 bad moons lootas and stack strategems on them so they get re roll 1s to hit in shooting and use more dakka for auto hitting on 5s regardless of modifiers and getting extra shots for each hit and to be extra evil use showing off to do it all again and shoot twice...thats just one albiet very op example of shooting

Agreed. Though it would be worth the points if it had better shooting on it and more attacks in combat. It’s shooting is absolutely pathetic, even if it was hitting on 3+ it would still suck. Needs a buff like the baneblade variants got when their codex came out. See what the ork codex brings. I’m sure it’ll get buffed 👌

This game was played before the 8th Ed orks codex released. I was using the index and at that stage dakka dakka dakka was a stratagem, not a basic rule. 👍
