Morning Joe. Happy Sunday. Large home today. Beautiful front elevation. Not a Floridian vibe but nice. This front space is nice. Would have a bar and dining. Lounge and have a drink 🥃 🍷🍸🍹🥂before dinner. I heard you say powder room but didn’t see it. Unique laundry placement. Grand open concept. Like a wide galley. Beautiful kitchen but the backsplash, countertop too dark for me. Could even see the backsplash reflection on the cooktop in the preview. Prefer a farmers sink. Covered lanai. Pond front is a no. I have 🐊 phobia. Get an enclosed pool. 1st floor primary. Nice deep private entry. 2 closets a plus. Spacious primary. Beautiful en-suite. Love the large shower. Cultured marble is fine. Didn’t see it but hopefully there was a linen closet. Like the corner office or homework section. Bedrooms are spacious. Great that the final bedroom has an en-suite. But there’s one bathroom to the other 3 bedrooms. 😮There is room to get another bathroom up there. Thanks for sharing. Have a great week and see you next video.

Hello Cydney!! I hope you're having an amazing Sunday!! Hmmm, I'm wondering if I filmed the powder room by the pantry. I'm going to have to double check that. I've always wanted a farmers sink, I think I would get a cast iron over the stainless steel - I know it would get scratched and dinged up, just like my fridge. Hello Pintorama, I typically will have the base price in the description from the video release dates. I don't mention or promote pricing on my titles or thumbnails because they prices change so much and some of my videos are over 4 years old and can cause a lot of issues with me and the builders. I have to sign a waiver for some builders, where I am not allowed to post prices. I hope you understand and this helps explain why. Thank you for watching and commenting
