Hey Paul. Huge home. Unique elevation. Wow. Loving the view on entry. Double staircases. 2 seating areas. Massive kitchen with tons of cabinetry. Dining with a view. Glass door pantry. Partially covered lanai. Firepit. Pool. Dining/lounge area. Storage under the stairs great but why glass door? Like this office nook area. 1/2 bath. Spacious 1st floor primary. Staging on point. His/hers closets 🙌🏼. Stunning en-suite. However odd no linen closet. Back to the front. Oh my. Another bedroom. Bathroom. Office/den. Nice laundry room but don’t care for laundry rooms in the front of the house. At least tucked in the corner. Garage. Upstairs now. Catwalk. 1st & 2nd guest bedrooms with en-suites. Spacious loft. 3rd bedroom with hallway bathroom. The statues on the wall on each side of the stairs. Glad each bedroom has an en-suite. Home large enough. Think there should’ve been a 1/2 bath upstairs for guests as well. Outstanding backyard. A outdoor bathroom would’ve nice. Paul. You’ve outdone yourself with this one. Phenomenal gem of a home. Feel like there is room for another bedroom upstairs and a media/bonus room off of the loft...above the master and kitchen is wasted space on the second level ...I'd opt to use that space when building this beauty

I agree, that's why they have several floor plans to choose from. Not everyone wants that 2 story family room.

Been watching many of Paul's videos and can't help thinking in all the properties bedroom's accept for the masters are quite small regardless how big the houses are.

Yes, Everyone wants bigger rooms. There are a lot of builders and hundreds of floor plans. You just have to find the right one that fits your budget and is as close to perfect as possible.
