Joe. Happy New Year 🎆. Hope all is well. Like the front columns with stone. Big home. Big front bathroom and agreed, great size bedrooms. Beautiful open concept but love the designated good size dining. Big laundry 🧺 room close to the primary. Good size closet in the bedroom 👍🏼. Oh. Another closet in the en-suite. Deep linen closet. Some of them look shallow. Covered lanai. Sloped backyard. As much as I like the front elevation, would have to bypass and get more backyard. Oh. Another front office/bedroom re: closet. Really don’t need upstairs but it is big. Perfect for that college graduate waiting for their dream job. Beautiful home. Thanks for sharing.

Good evenimg Joe. I don't like the layout. I don' t want to see bedrooms at the entrance of a home. I don't umderstand why this is a thing. Beautiful showing as always.
