I think you toured a singlewide with a guest suit before but never seen one with a back porch before. Absolutely love this one. The kitchen is definitely a selling feature for sure.

I didn't check the measurements but it looks like the guest suite has more room than the master bedroom !

Its very nice but I didn't like the galley kitchen and the sink placement ,to far from stove and fridge. Love the porch a lot! Other then that its set up nice!

Has some nice finishes but so much wasted space. This would be a definite no for me, just don’t like the layout at all.
