Massive primary with sitting area, fireplace and backyard access. Unique en-suite. Love the private shower. Wow. Big closet indeed. Oh. The courtyard is nice. Hubby will shrivel in that jacuzzi and sauna. Beautiful kitchen. Nook with yard views. Family room. Cute library. Oh yes. A gameroom and you know I love a bar 🍹🍸🥃🍷. Home theater 🎭🙌🏼. Amazing backyard. Covered paved lanai. Outdoor kitchen. Dining. Lounging. Pool. Jacuzzi. Lots of green space. Dock. All that land on the way to the dock belongs to the owner ? You said walking through the conservation. My QUESTION is who owns that and maintains overgrowth? Nice wine room. Big guest bedrooms. Love the laundry 🧺 room. Mid floor bonus room. Dreadfully designed house. More tv rooms than you could ever need. Kitchen needs ripping out and starting again. 5 millions and needs a major refurb Thanks for the well done tour
