Hey Kaleb. Hope you & Mabel had a lovely Thanksgiving. 1st home. Agreed. Good size bedrooms with the Jack n Jill. Oh. Primary en-suite an ok size. Big bedroom with sliders. Didn’t care for that wall but it’s needed for kitchen use. 4th bedroom & bath. Covered lanai. Great pool & spa. 2nd home nice elevation design. Floor is nice. Bedrooms medium size. Cute nook. Oh yes. Nice kitchen. Portable island. Living room a little small. Ok size primary. Don’t need the tub; prefer a linen closet. Covered enclosed lanai. The kitchen is the seller here. 3rd home. Oh those were hurricane shutters. Big nook. Nice kitchen. Don’t care for this home. Update the floor & bathrooms. But the pool is nice. Oh my. Huge waffle sundaes. Glad you enjoyed 🤗

What causes all the cracks in the tile floor in the first house ? Is that from the house sinking?

Probably scratches from people moving? Usually foundation problems will create cracks in the walls. The floors wouldn't crack like that I don't think.

lol the comments on here are funny. If you want a cheap home and no HOA then don’t move to popular areas. I live currently in the DFW area looking to move to Orlando and the prices are on par with Dallas.

It’s fun to look at. But there’s a reason these homes were 200K less than a decade ago. It’s not because they aren’t nice, but the local economy cannot support the prices. And minus “work from home”, it still doesn’t. You never know when your employer will say “back to the office “. If nothing else, it’s a good way to thin the bloated herd of employees in a stinky economy. I know of companies that are telling employees they have to go to the office even though they were contracted as work from home. Could depend on the company’s home state. Some states are “at will”, meaning they can let you go for any reason at any time, so long as the reason isn’t illegal. Like discrimination.

Hey, Kaleb & Mabel, first house, hated it! Second home was a keeper for sure with the exception of the primary bath floor and tile- ugh i had so much hope after seeing the modern hard surface flooring initally. I shouldve know that asd gray would make an appearance 😢 The third home , hated it!

HHEY KALEB, HOUSE #1, HAS SOME FLAWS, THE DRIVEWAY SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPAVED, THE BATHROOMS SHOULD BE UPGRADED, I'M NOT A POOL LOVER, THE WHOLE FLOORING SHOULD BE REPLACED. THE KITXHEN IS VERY SMALL WITH NO REFRIGERATOR, I GIVE IT A 5! HOUSE #2, I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE KITCHEN, I THINK YHE LIVING ROOM IS EXTREMELY SMALL. THE TOILETS & SHOWER I DIDN'T CARE FOR. Yes, you are probably correct. Not to mention if a home is over a certain age most insurance companies in this state will not insure the home. This forces you to take whatever insurance is offered to you when you take your mortgage, no matter the cost, because you're required to have insurance with a mortgage. Not to mention property taxes are extremely expensive (in the thousands in some places) unless you are lucky enough to have owned here for decades & are homesteaded. The traffic in Osceola county is insane. Some HOAs in the area have power to foreclose on your home by force if you don't follow the rules
