Love the the house. I'm in love with the enclosed area around the pool❤❤❤ I ❤❤❤ the washroom. I think they should step up the pantry a little more in terms of space and remove the wire shelves.

This area doesn't have many new construction, but this home in the neighborhood was in the high 900's to over a million.

GM Joe and happy Sunday. A 1- story 3000sq ft + home & a 24 min vid? I’m afraid of my comment😂. Like the front elevation. Big front office. Like the designated dining. Open concept and appreciate the breakfast nook. Big laundry with cabinetry, sink & counter. Oh a Jack n Jill for 2 bedroom. And a 3rd bathroom with big hall/pool bath. Deep paved covered lanai. Amazing pool. Fenced. Just need the outdoor kitchen. Love the French doors to the huge primary and pool access. Love the bathroom is across the way 😂. Linen closet. Love 2 closets and a storage space in the second one for luggage. Don’t need the 2nd floor but it is nice. Love the bar, balcony, bed and bathroom. Amazing home at I’m sure a great cost. Your tour and soothing voice was great. Did not feel like 24 minutes and I behaved. Lots of restraint 😂. Have a great week 🤗
