I assume by crusty bass you mean "just want another chance bass". Its a sample of aforementioned song by Kevin Saunderson. Trace/Nico use it in most of their records on NUT, alongside other samples of drums, synth, etc. Drum sample that appears in most of heir songs is sampled from Rotary Connection "Life Could"
