This is the recording from a livestream I did in our Ornament Girls Club private community a few weeks ago.
Sorry the quality isn't great. I downloaded it from FB and couldn't really get a good quality video from it - bummer!

So happy to see where you come from and where you are in a short lapse of time , congratulations on your perseverance, ambition and of course your initiative and hard work . I am a general crafter too and I do a bit of everything and I enjoy it because this is my therapy to leap me always from too many pain killers during the day and my mind is always occupied with my work.

Wow! and again Wow. A great place to get things done. I just found your site and so eager to get things going. I have a small booth in the local vendors mall. It's my happy place!!! :) I've retired 3 times and now do One Stroke painting classes, deco mesh wreaths, sewing, quilting and anything I can devise to entice. Working on Easter tree now. Will provide pics. Very proud of you and the hard work it takes. Especially with Covid-19 in our hair, it's a big challenge. We are sitting, watching snow and finished some bowl buddies. Stay safe, keep seeing the road coming at you, and enjoy the journey. I'm going to enjoy the creating. Just south of Louisville, KY (Derby City). Have fun.

Your space is so clean! There’s a local gift shop that hangs Christmas trees upside down from the ceiling. They’re hard to imagine, but decorated are festive, save floor space, and if centered over a permanent table they can be pretty low without the possibility of bumping into them.

You are really blessed. I just found out about the ornaments by browsing on my computer. I fell in love with them and since I love crafting , I had to try . The first ones were pathetic but I am getting better and i will work until perfected. I love your attitude in facing all the challenges you have had and your energy and strength to face all the hard work to get you where you are. I love your shop. Do people come in and actually shop or is the public buying on line? You remind me so much of a good friend I met in Japan years ago when our husbands were in the military .God bless you

Helen, thank you so much! And yay, I'm so glad you're sticking with it.. they get easier and easier! We don't have customers come in to the shop at this time, it's totally online, though I'd love to get in to in-person workshops at some point soon. :)

How long have you been on you tube. I saw a video years and years ago and I made the first ornament after watching the video. Actually, I made a bunch and gave them away as gifts. It was so much fun. Then I got into quilting so I never made another one. I need to use up my fabric so I saw your Easter egg ornament and it’s beautiful. What state do you live in? I wish I could work in your shop. It looks like it would be a fun place to work. Love how detailed you are with your videos. You are so talented.

See a few escaped foam shapes beneath the table. Looks like a good place to work. Unfortunately I'm many miles away. How about hanging your ornaments along the ceiling, like you do with twinkle lights? Love how the kits are tucked in with matching tissue each month. Maybe time to design an OG fabric? Thank you for sharing this view of your shop.

Hi! Great tour, thank you for sharing it - what an incredible business you’ve built…it’s truly inspiring! I’m just wondering if there are any potential substitutions for all that styrofoam…more environmentally friendly? I’d love to be a subscriber, but I have a hard time coming to terms with using styrofoam…it’s great that they aren’t single-use, but still…I know it’s not your problem to solve, but if there were a more eco-friendly material, I think that’d be awesome and I’d love to hear about it! In any case, I love your designs and am in awe of your space and business 🙌🏼

Thank you so much for all your kind words! I would love to have you join us! We have not looked into an alternative to foam at this time. The foam holds on to hundreds of pins very securely so you are not really left with a foam product in the end, but an heirloom quality ornament. Our kit does have a digital option as well so you can work with any materials you like, but we haven't tested anything other than foam for the core.
