That target combo into VS1 is mean in a corner. You can quickrise to make Oro -1, but there's a 3 hit fireball there to greet you.

3 things that Capcom needs to do to balance this character.. Increase hurt box while in air and crouching attacks or stagnate, when landing Oro needs more frame recovery to whiff/block punish, and some rebalancing on whiff moves to allow better punishing. Oro will still be a heavy hitter, still cheap, still be able to apply relentless pressure.., and still escape but it just gives players against Oro a better chance at reversals and getting in when Oro players make mistakes or make a daring move and whiffs..
