I try out some of my favorite places to visit in Little Tokyo before I head over to find the token destination for all spicy food enthusiasts! Luckily for me, they are very lenient for what you can bring as a survival kit; I got some bread earlier from a bakery in Little Tokyo and also some Milk and Yogurt from Marukai right downstairs…Will I be able to finish the spicy ramen or will I be defeated?

Great challenge, Ramen is comfort food. Awe I love Okra, my grandmother puts it in everything, when I was younger I especially liked it deep fried. But I probably like Asparagus more.

I love going to little tokyo, the little bakery shop there is soo delicious. Their green tea puffs are the best.

nice heavy butter croisants work best on spice btw ... and I am sure I am not the only one to have suggested bread to cleanse the pallate when doing spicy ... but you are welcome ... if it's buttered with margarine it wont help ... butter ... and only butter ... also make your own croisants and use good salted butter between at least 5 layers ... and they come out rich fluffy and very awesome ... I like adding a little crushed hard stock garlic to the last butter layer to get a nice hint of garlic in my croisants ... also makes super suicide wings easy to handle ;)

oh Yeah kimono's were never meant to move quick in unless you are good at the tiny step speed shuffle .. and going up and down go sideways ... it's easier .... your basic step is the length of one foot and that's all .... it also gives one a nice wiggle and when you have a great butt well just watch your video ... and see why so many are offering so many perverted options };)

That video was such a vacation ^^ About the spicy challenges, I think you should use Milk with a bit more thought, because it helps bring down the heat, but lowers your tolerance for capsaicin afterwards. So the timing is important, if you use it too soon, you make it harder on yourself. And you deprive yourself of a chance to build up an overall tolerance from challenge to challenge, so try to power through without milk when you can, you make it easier for your future self. To prevent your stomach from having chilli-cramps, you can eat some like fat fries with mayo, or something alike. Trust me on that, I've never puked from hot foods and the hottest food I ate was a fresh Trinidad Moruga Scorpion and I still use super hot stuff all the time on my meals, making it a fun experience, you know :-) And I have a question: What is red bean flavour, what you said on 3:00 ? I'm unaware, but you advertised it for me, so what is it?

I don't really feel like spicy challenges are the best way to show off your talent. Quantity is where you really shine. Spice challenges are ok to watch, but for me, I love the quantity challenges like the big burgers, pizza, tacos, etc. You are a #foodwarrior #rainaiscrazy #rainacancook
