I love Koala's. I joined the Australian Koala Foundation today and adopted a Koala named Charlotte. Only $20 a month! Seeing these videos does my heart good. Specially with all the brush fires going on and destroying the Koala's habitat.

What amazes me is that the narrator found it surprising to become attached to an animal. What sort of life had she had up until then to be so cut off from other creatures? It is chilling to think that many people still have such an attitude.

Well, yeah, they are marsupials, but it's just what people call them since they somewhat resemble little bears. It's just like how we say "killer whale" when killer whales are actually a type of dolphin.

I believe we should leave the animal alone, we only should only involve when it is really necessary for them like saving their lives. The animal really need to learn to survive themselves in this changing earth or they will die all later if they can adapt
