OMG I started binge watching the channel just yesterday and thought the terrain, the bird sounds, and Chef Pasquale were so comfy and familiar. This video confirms that he lives nearby! Wonderful channel!

I would love to see you and Lisa cook dinner sometime. I know this video was a long time ago, but I like seeing the chef use the community vegetables for dinner with other members of a community.

Hi Chef, I love your videos you remind me of my grandfather. He and my grandmother came over from Sicily. When we lived in New Jersey he would go out in the woods foraging. He would get mushrooms and I remember a plant that grew all over the place he called Garduna, do you know anything about it? He only used the stem, he would dip them in egg and breadcrumb and then fry, it was delightful!

Nice. You are passionate and dedicated to what you do :) I am a beginner gardener and created my own "beginner to beginner" garden channel. People can follow along in my journey while seeing my trials and errors. Gardening needs spread everywhere in my opinion!

Portulaca is also called Moss Rose--it has beautiful flowers, it's a succulent plant. That is called "common purslane" that he pulled, toxic to cats and dogs, horses but not to us.
