Nipper's main challenge is that he has taken over a business where some decisions were made that had unfortunate consequences. It may be a good idea to react when the departing CEO dumps his shares shortly after his departure, when there is asymmetric information. Nipper makes a good impression in this interview in my opinion but he should worry about interest rates and the risk associated with that on the business he is managing.

@@kashyapchonekar5437 It is a scam a money making scam for the Elite. There is no way, no way so called "green energy" can produce enough electricity for the future, where computers, phones and AI will all draw huge amounts. Secondly, "climate change" is by no means to be proven by man's activities. "Climate change" is a political movement which has "de-growth" as a prime goal because they know green energy cannot possibly produce enough. Also, these Leftist hate people. Period. Thirdly, any "green energy" production creates its own pollution, often much worse that natural gas and coal. Fourthly, Utopian Progressives need to grow up and realize a perfectly pristine world is impossible - unless Man does nothing but grow vegetables and fish.
