Thank you so much for sharing your videos I have been working in a Dental lab here in México, making the retainers for my patients, Hope you could help me with some doubts I've been using the selfcuring acrylic Opti Cryl, is it a good brand or Which one would you recommend to use ? Cause I only make clear retainers and I would like to try new designs After the salt and pepper technique, I take the model to the pot, 30 psi without water and it comes out without bubbles... Should I pour water into the pot? Cause I have noticed most of the videos the pot has water and Im like WTF jaja sorry Thank you so much for your time

It totally depends on the acrylic wether or not you should add water to the pressure pot. I would expirement with your acrylic. Compare your results to each other. Try using warm water, try hot water, try submerging model. I use Great Lakes Orthodontics for my acrylic. I believe you can buy this acrylic in Mexico. If you cant buy it try Dentaurum. I seriously enjoy watching your videos. I got my retainers a month ago. And I seriously don't like them. I can't close my mouth all the way. And some of the wires are on top of my teeth. I told the Dr and he said to try them till my next visit.

When the seperater is wet you can draw the lingual line with a pencil and when you pull the acrylic the pencil line is on the palatal side. That way you know how far to cut.

What is the proper type of acrylic for making an inman aligner?

I would assume its just regular polymer and monomer acrylic. Ive personally never made an Inman aligner
