I reccomend this place if you need it! They will attend to you well, especially the lady named Carmen who works in finance. She is such a good help. She answers your questions in a respectful manner. I've had braces for a year to correct gaps in my teeth, but the gaps between my molars and premolars are still present. As a result, food gets stuck between my teeth and gums, causing swelling, bleeding, and significant pain daily. Despite maintaining good oral hygiene, my gums remain swollen and bleed continuously. Additionally, I suffer from bad breath due to the trapped food. What can I do to alleviate the swelling and bad breath problem?

Can we use mouth wash and salt solution at the same time?

These are used for different purposes, the purpose of the warm water and salt rinse is to help heal any mouth sores and help gums stay healthy. Mouth wash is used for cleaning bacteria. There are no reasons for using them together, but also no reason you can't, although it might be uncomfortable to combined salt with the alcohol found in mouth wash.
