Nice thing about being Eastern Orthodox is that if a Father is talking I can trust what they’re saying, unlike listening to the guidance of all the other pastors and clergy members of different faith declarations on here. Obviously churches are autocephalus and not everything is “carved into stone” (some things are) but if theyre Eastern Orthodox I can rely on what they’re saying. I don’t swallow everything 100% without question but I am learning to be pretty trusting and it’s a big relief to just do what our Church’s Clergy members say.

@ i loved it, when people say ‘touch grass,’ it’s usually meant as a sorta sharp way of telling someone to get offline and reconnect with reality, but the way you said it was so pure that it completely softened the phrase. You couldn’t even say it in the harsh way people sometimes use it, and that just made it even better 💕
