It's interesting that instead of precautions with creatine use, you recommend against it's use entirely. The FDA rejected creatine's role in the death of the 3 wrestlers and commented that it was more likely secondary to ephedrine abuse. Did you also recommended against mRNA vaccination for your athletes considering the RR of >2 for myocarditis in a cohort at low/no risk of severe illness?

Even though eating disorders are more prone in the female population, it is not exclusive to females. Men have eating disorders too, but are more rarely picked up on, and on a later onset, because people tend to associate eating disorders with females. Especially in sports where weight is of importance. Thank you for an interesting lecture.

Dont quite understand the gun analogy with heart beats and beta blockers.

Biathlon involves cross-country skiing and rifle shooting. By using beta-blocker, heart rate increase from exercise is blunted. Slower heart rate means less movement of rifle while shooting, thus creating a competitive advantage. Therefore, beta blockers are banned by USOC for this event.
