Being that you have worn orthotics for so long, I’ve only worn them for maybe 34 years how often do you have to get them changed out because I didn’t know this beautiful hat that you have from a friend and my orthotics smell awful thank you

The east answer is “it depends”. My 12 hour shift workers weighing over 200 lbs wearing softer orthotics don’t get 2 years out of their orthotics before they need to replace them. If you sit for your job and don’t exercise, some people get 10 years. However, like your eyes, feet do change and that means replacing your orthotics as you need to get a new capture of your feet (mold or scan). Overall I give people a guide of 2 years
