Sir i am from pakistan i am patient of ankylosing spondalytis from 20 years i have no any othr disease can i use tofacitinib with out doctor advice

He already said you need to be examined first and more importantly need some blood work done. It's pretty safe but it wouldn't hurt to get an evaluation from a rheumatologist first.

It's an autoimmune disorder. It doesn't have a cure, only remission and reducing progression of the disease is possible through meds. Very similar to how patients need to be on meds for hypertension and diabetes etc.
