Michael makes me feel so sorry for him not being able to fit in with the rest of the guys, but certainly he's most likeable and I would personally think of him as heroic type who was trying to fit in with the rest of the T bird gangs. And he definitely has feeling for Stephanie who he loved. Michael reminds me of a modern Romeo and Stephanie, Juliet.

I remember going to this movie at the drive in, and couldn't get into it at all. I was getting distracted by watching Porky's at the other screen from behind. 😝😂🤣🐷🐖 Can't believe they actually allowed that to be screened at the drive in back then. During it's run, I remember as kid always trying to peek and see if the shower scene would be put on. And was lucky to see that driving by a couple times. 🤣😂 Oh the 80s!!!

The first film is sure a lot better but I don't understand the hated on Grease 2 either ! The songs are not as good as in Grease (except for this one which I find really great anyway) but Michelle Pfeiffer and Maxwell Caulfield made quite an adorable couple and the story is not THIS awful :) And Maxwell have such beautiful eyes BTW, he kinds of remind me of James Dean or of a young Martin Sheen also :)

+Marty McFly Yes I don't understand the vitriol directed at him. AFAIAC, he is better looking than John T, a better singer than John T., has more sex appeal than John T. The only thing that John T is better a,t is dancing, and he was an established star at the time. Michelle P. is also a million miles better than Olivia NJ. The latter was a looker but a bit colourless. As for the music, yes, the 1st had more hits, but the acting team in Grease2 were pretty damn good, Adrian Zmed to name but one. I liked the Superman/double identity parallels and the empowerment of the 'underdog' themes. Pretty good: I loved the film.
