Very nice work, 1)Rain water harvesting, 2) excellent plumbing work with water treatment 3)heater provision in kitchen 4)separate place for inverter 5) spacious car parking with drain 6) wet and dry kitchen 7) cctv wiring 8) pressure pump 9) get together place on the terrace 10) Good work on hiding lift provision 11) modern interior works (looks quite expensive, if you have info on the interior costing do tell) 12) calling bell with camera on the compound itself. 13) pvc ceiling in the balcony. I liked this house very much. I would have preferred a bigger hall. But you made up with that by having a separate entertainment room. Very neatly planned house. Great explanation and great video.

கோடிகணக்கில் செலவு செய்து கட்டிய வீட்டில் சிறு செடி கொடிகள் கூட இல்லாதது இயற்கை அன்னைக்கு நாம் செய்யும் துரோகம். மழைநீர் சேகரிப்பு அருமை. அந்த மழைநீரை உற்பத்தி செய்யும் மரங்களையும் வீட்டில் வைத்தால் ஆரோக்யம் பெருகும்.

Bath 12*8, But Master b/r 10*11. Unnecessary kuty kutty separate areas in house. Little clumsy in inner works. Outer works nice.

Dear mano, pls suggest. Stilt + 3 floors. Builders charging sqft rate (around 70%) for stilt car parking areas. But i feel it is not correct. Do you think we should pay sqft charge (50-70%) for carparking stilt floor too. For example 30*80 land size. 1800 sqft stilt fully car parking. Builder charging 1800 swft * 1500 to 1700 rs charging.. which is around 25 to 30 lakhs... I feel its not correct... Pls suggest your opinion

WITH READ OF ALL COMMENTS . I FOUND BELOW DETAILS.. PLEASE CONFIRM BLUEMOON TEAM :- BUILDUP SQFT. 5600 TOTAL 1.7 CR INTERIORS 23 LAKHS ALONE OVERALL SQFT.. COST ,.3035 /P.sqft Except interiors 1.7cr - 23 lakh = 1.47cr. Rs.2625/p.sqft (except interiors) nice and different construction from team. good work. also client is very much involved in this.. then only it will be a good output. please explain about set back areas..
