House number 3 because the exposed brick gives it charm while that staircase and loft gives it a more modern look that you were wanting. Building a pool could be simple (The infinity pools are litttt) and you could even get a basketball court!

But of course its YOUR choice your going to be living there. So i suggest you think it out. What house it MOST easy to take care of. What about water bills.

I think you need to look for a place that's more private. Neighbors can be a pain when they're that close. They'll complain all the time if they don't like noise or a lot of people next door. Watch some bad neighbor videos. You might rethink being too close to the house next door!

I feel like no matter what house you get you will be unhappy in a month or two after moving in. Why don't you just buy a nice chunk of land and get with an experienced architect and design your own dream home. You're making the same mistake buying a premade track home run by the HOA. You will not be happy. Trust me. Don't get anything run by the HOA. You have the time & money to build your own dream home built in any location you want. Just think about it Rug. If you do that you will be happier and more proud of it.

These are my ratings for these homes: 1st House: 5.5 (I don’t really see you living in that home. The design is pretty outdated to me compared to the other homes.) Model Home #1: 9.5 (I could definitely picture you living in that house! The design and modern look of the walls and flooring really make this a great home.) Model Home #2: 8 (I could also picture you in this house as well, but two stories seems a little hectic. The double counter-tops also give it a weird look. IMO. It also does not have a pool of beach-like feeling like the other home.) Great video. 👍
