Can I find a small honing tool for the liner of O55HZR, Do you have a link of this system ( the diameter of the OS55 liner is aprox 23mm )

Hi, during maintenance i remove the piston ring and don't remember the position of the ring (up/down) in the piston. Can i use the same used ring again with a cylinder honing? , or do a cylinder honing with a new ring and discard the old ring. Thanks

Typically the ring is discarded as it is a wear item. The piston ring wears to the shape of the cylinder liner for optimal compression. I would hone the liner and use a new ring for best performance.

I have the tool for honing ,the honing tension is adjustable, but don't know how much honing tension , somebody knows how to set this tension?

After honing i feel a very very little resistance if i move the piston with the hand , this is due to honing?

where did you get the hone from can you provide a link to a good quality hone. thanks matt

Any auto parts store should have the same or something similar.
