Yeah..! They're in quite short supply. The shop in this video is the only one I've seen having merch, but only a couple of times. The K-Books game shop in Tokyo had a fair amount! I did a video about the K-Books Tokyo stores earlier this year!

YES! I have another video about "Retro Games Store Super Potato" which is right next door to this Surugaya shop! You can buy some official Nintendo merch, and old consoles and games still in great condition!
