Not too much chatting in this one. My new Neewer 85mm lens should be arriving this week, looking forward to that! Really hoping it's good

Glad to see some POV street photography with a mobile phone, because very few people do such things at the moment.

I appreciate the feedback! I had been thinking the same, which is why I started doing it. For me at least, I don't see the need most times to take a larger cam out for street photography these days. Phones seem to really be infiltrating that space. Thanks for watching!

This is great! Thank you for showing the before and after edits. IMO, the unedited version ones are great :)

I'm glad you enjoyed! I like to show both so people know the starting photo, and inevitably some people won't like my editing style which is totally fine Thanks for watching!

Great video, can you also showcase video capabilities, i’ve heard some negative feedback especially in low lighting videos….

I'll do some!

What was the filter/preset applied ??? Tbh it made the photos more aesthetic. BTW I use 14U for photography and S24U as my primary phone.

I edit photos individually in Lightroom and Photoshop. Thanks for watching!

How's the 14 Ultra compared to the Xperias and the Vivo? I just ordered one and I'm curious what your thoughts are. Don you feel it is lacking in any aspect compared to the other two or is it all around the best?
@ShibiChanАй бұрын
Honestly the only area I feel it lacks is in software. But that's a personal preference, and I'm going to be rooting and using AOSP anyway, which is close to stock Android. As for optical camera performance, speakers, screen, etc, it feels better or even in every way. It can close focus on both lenses (the 75mm is best), and it's super clean. I would've liked to see 4k120 options on all lenses in the native camera app for the Xiaomi. After rooting, I'm gonna test with MotionCam to see if I can get 120fps on all lenses. So basically I think it's better in every way. Better by far than Xperia, and marginally better than Vivo. The native photo kit is quite fun to use, and accessories seem much more available. Not to mention modding communities are way more involved with the 14 Ultra, so just more flexibility overall it seems. Thanks for watching!

Hi, I use the same device but there are two annoying things. 75mm and 120mm cameras are subject to very high rolling shutter. It makes videos and photos like jelly. Are you exposed to this too?
@ShibiChanАй бұрын
@@el_miskin Thanks for watching! How bad are you talking? I have it, but it's just something you have to live with. I've tried finding scan speeds of the IMX858 sensor (the sensor for both telephotos in the Xiaomi 14 Ultra), but haven't found any official documentation for it. Being that they are both telephotos as well, you're essentially magnifying the appearance of motion in your scene, so it will be perceived as even worse than the ultra wide for example. Sensor readout speed is the most pertinent part though, and until global shutters are utilized in smartphones, it's just something that you have to try and keep in mind when framing and shooting

@ShibiChan My phone is good, I like it, Not only that, it drops a lot in master cinema mode and the video FPS drops.but the truth must be spoken. It does not do this in every mode, I think it is software.
@ShibiChanАй бұрын
@el_miskin I'm not a huge fan of the overall software either. Unsure about master cinema and such though, I usually stick to MotionCam for video

So a question if i were to buy a sony from japan am i able to change the language to english?
@ShibiChanАй бұрын
Upon resetting the phone just select English as the setup language. Though many japanese devices are carrier locked, so make sure it's able to be used. Also things like shutter sound can't be disabled

Loved watching your pov as usual! Keep making more of these man! Also if i were to give any feedback then id say 1) its easier to take pleasing images with focal lenghts equal or greater than 35mm. 24 just adds a lil too much info/negative space to some photos - this is probably not for you lmao but for smartphones in general 2) i wish you had some panning shots for motionblur with the tele lens because it'd make it look a lot stronger. I love the vibe and the photographs !

@@yoganshbhatt I've definitely been meaning to find a good spot where trains pass by for doing tele pans. In the city most of them are underground though, so I may have to wait until I end up going to Kobe Thanks for watching!
