Another fantastic video! The dji footage is great and the panning very smooth. Gave me the impression of being a near perfect travel camera. The Pentax captures are awesome, much better than I expected the camera could produce. Pretty cool how it divides the frames vertically. I went to that Umeda Yodobashi. I had the impression it had a bit more variety of products than the one from Akihabara. The street food around the Dotombori is fantastic :D Next time I visit Japan, I want to spend more time in Osaka :D hopefully without too much rain XD it was also pouring in Spring of last year... I highly recommend the Wheel atop of Hep5 mall. Get an awesome view from all of Osaka (again, as long as it's not pouring XD)

Thanks 👍 the Pentax half frame I have to admit when everything is perfect it yields really great results if not the best resolution for a half frame camera since the lense is much more modern than a typical cheap half frame. And the Umeda Yodobashi shop have to say are focused I film than Akihabara I'm jelly that Osaka ppl have access to wide variety of darkroom equipment It's hard to predict nowadays whether if it's gonna rai. And these travel videos it's a hit or miss 😂 like life hope it becomes sunny when you visit Osaka it's far better on sunny side than 🌧️ I ll try going to the hep5mall when I get a second chance

The Pentax 17 is my ideal camera for everyday use. Ektar 100 would probably look super clean! I really like the photos you took on the ferris wheel. It radiates that feeling of nostalgia that film gives me.

Thanks for commenting Ektar is known to have super clean less grain but unfortunatly my scanning method isnt the best and Ektar doesnt seem to pair well with using the optic film scanner. glad you liked the ferris wheel it really felt like it could break any minutes im glad i survived the creeking sound still remains in my head. and the scratched up window along with the afternoon sun gave the best atmosphere for this trip. if I have more time I would of wanted to check more locations but everything doesnt go in a straight line but as long as we keep searching for it i will eventually re visit have a feeling

Ah you really missed out, Nagoya is a genuinely amazing city. I lived there this past year and it’s a lovely city.

Those are some great results with the Pentax 17. Thanks for the motivation to load up another role and have some fun up here in Aomori. By the way, Nagoya seems too always get a bad review but I've been there several times and always enjoyed myself. It's a great place to enjoy architecture and at night the area around the station is impressive. I'm curious, what setting did you use most on the 17? I found myself leaving it on AUTO most of the time when I was in bright light. Pentax says anything past a few meters will be in focus.

Hello thanks for commenting your welcome great to use the Pentax 17 for this trip I typically if I know what I'm shooting specifically focus on medium format but walking somewhere around in town or more crowded areas I tend to use a small pocketable camera that's lightweight and pocketable. After walking around the station at Nagoya it is a super compact city I walked roughly 10-15min towards the hotel and it became really remote in a way that kinda surprised me. Since most of my focus was on Osaka...it was more like which would yield better experience and went for Osaka. But if I did have another day would have wanted to travel somewhere in Nagoya that had a nice atmosphere quiet location. The Nagoya Stn. Was chaotic than I expect 😂 I was mostly using the Program auto mode when using the Pentax 17 I should have tried shooting with the various modes but I'm not the type of guy that likes to flash on ppl 😆
