Quite rare to hear Jimmy Brown, Jr. (always with the "Jr."!) on a live show, and a great rare photo of their trio to go along with it. Benny Birchfield spelled his name with a "y."

One thing to add: Jimmy Brown, Jr.'s real name was John Slagle, Jr. If anybody knows the story of his stage name, it would make an interesting comment. (Possibilities: Benny Birchfield, if he is living; Wynn Osborne; Ronnie Reno; Boj Osborne; Paul Brewster; others....)
