Just need some clarification. Oscal is under Blackview right? Also, I'm torn between this and the Blackview Pad 16... The Oscal Pad 15 comes with Android 13 but has an older processor. The Blackview Pad 16 comes with Android 12 but it has a new Unisoc T616 processor... Why can't Oscal just update the processor!? 😩

Yeah, Oscal is under Blackview. For general purpose use, the processor differences should not be noticeable. So just choose base on other features.
