from the way it jumps from them in the foyer to them sitting on the divan in the parlor (gee, ain't that fancy!), it looks to me as though some lines were edited out, then they neglected to correct this obfuscation.

Imagine how much they saved on production costs! The money normally spent on travel, accommodations and food for an entire cast and crew, location costs and set construction, materials etc is insane. They must have saved an absolute fortune compared to most films! And the street scenes are definitely studio lots. I'd like to see the films budget compared to others, purely for my own, weird curiosity. LoL
