Valdez by stoppage. I really like Wilson. And he’s a very worthy fighter. But I just think Wilson is pretty chinny and inexperienced even though nobody can question his heart. I like Valdez. I just don’t like that he is buddies with Canelo. Outside of that I think Valdez is one of the classiest guys in boxing. Fights his heart out I already made a bet on Valdez by knockout on FanDuel. One thing that worries me though is like you said he couldn’t hurt or stop Conceciao. And I don’t think Conceciao is all that durable either. The thing with Wilson is though, he let himself become a total punching bag against Navarette as the fight wore on. I don’t see why Valdez wouldn’t be able to get to him. And that Joe Noynay guy had a pedestrian ko record even though a lot f these Phillipinos are harder punchers than what their ko records indicate. So u think I made a bad bet?

Wasn't expecting this fight to get a prediction honestly. But I'm glad it did! It doesn't seem like a lot of people are talking about it. But I was just saying "RIGHT!" constantly while watching this breakdown. Valdez's resume and pedigree is so storied and good. But that version of Valdez might be long gone. Wilson is no real claim to fame beyond that moment in the Navarrete fight. But in this fight, Wilson has all the advantages physically and in momentum. I think this might be the closest matchup of the night's card. I'd like to see Valdez pull off the win. He certainly needs a boost after his last fight. But I don't count Wilson out to just catch him at the right time in the decline of his career. Hopefully, it's a fun scrap. Additionally, with Jamel Herring taking on Wilson's last opponent, Jackson Jon England, I can easily see him fighting Wilson next if they both pull out wins.
