Great videos always man. And as a DieHard boxing fan, I appreciate your content about Japanese fighters. Admittedly, even I wouldn't know much about them if it wasn't for you. As far as Canelo goes he'll probably wants an easy fight now and a knockout which means he'll probably fight berlanga. Ha

I won't be surprised if Canelo fights Berlanga. They can sell it as a Mexico vs Puerto Rico fight. I don't want to see that if it happens.

Wonderful job of laying out of the background history for this fight. If the Nery/Havanneysian fight reveals anything is just how open to the 2 down the pike, 2 to the gut and the left hook Nery is. Add all of the defensive mistakes, like coming forward chin up and Inouye is going to spark Nery out. Going to disagree a bit here and say that Inouye is going to make it look easy. That's just how good he is.

Call me crazy but i noticed both of them standing side by side. Nery looks a little bigger? Nery can take a shot on the chin and that will be the difference in this fight. I'm calling the upset in this one. Once Nery knows he can take Inoue's power he will walk through him. Nery by stoppage late.

And He didn’t crumble vs Figueroa lol…. He was 21 pounds heavy 15 days out all he did was the remaining of the camp was cut weight …. His last workout was a pool workout out where he told his dad I don’t feel right o don’t think we are beating Figueroa .Nery dominated the whole fight u til he gassed out a trait that isn’t known of him to gas out. For the Azmat fight Nery wasn’t able to train until 3 weeks out. Alan Picasso the guy fighting sat in n canelo card sent his hit man to Nerys gym. Where they beat up his trainer and they ran him out the gym. Until Nwry had to call Fernando Beltran to get Picasso to stop the harassing …. Man yall don’t know shit 💩n what goes in behind some fights .

Luis Nery has a style Naoya hasn’t seen since 2016 vs Carmona they went 10 rounds lost by UD. Luis Nery is also the third southpaw Naoya has seen. Nery can also fight out the Philly shell has great upper body movement and a nasty left hand. Luis Nery Carries power dude fought at 130 and stopped Carmona in 4 the only common op with Naoya. Naoya Eats jabs his head is stationary if his front lead foot isn’t placed in the ground. He gets pushed back pretty easy. He darts ⬅️➡️ in nice he’s set . Nery can’t time him but he can disrupt his Rhythm by by stepping to him and throwing before Naoya or with him. Naoya also leaves his hands down a bit too much … His 1 2 right hand combo is very counter heavy he just hasn’t faced a fighter with punch resistance and balls to exchange with him. Nery will be in my opinion the most Dangerous fighter he has ever seen. Relentless younger than him at 29 with punch output and the will to win. Don’t sleep on Luis Nery them odds are way off. People forget Luis Nery was the man Before Naoya despite Naoya being older …. This is a focused Nery. Look up Luis Nery and Barrera Podcast on in round más. He talks about all the him ups he had in his career and how he started boxing at the age of 17 by beating up his friends on the street 4 years later at the age of 21 he was ranked at the top and demolished the legendary Japanese fighter Yamanaka. While not having a camp and just partying lol crazy af

Interesting fight this one, I see it similar to the Ryder fight with Munguia growing in confidence as the fight goes on, but canelo does enough. Or with Munguia and his chin always being high, Canelo knocks him out!

Canelo doesn't have anything left to prove, names will keep being added to his list it's unavoidable, like Benavidez. I say he fights 4-5 more times against big names and retire. Canelo started as a paletero and went on to become one of boxing's most accomplished fighters. Canelo now has business man shoes to fill

The fight will break out on either side Nery is going to disrespect him by fighting something that no fighter has done. He is left-handed and focused...haha don't rule out a surprise, and the most important thing is that he is Mexican and they know what he is about. They are layers at home......!!

You make decent points but Nery's downfall will be that he's significantly slower than Inoue and has significantly slower handspeed. He's obviously got power but compared to Tapales since you were comparing Tapales and Nery due to their Southpaw style... Tapales' Philly shell is much better than Nery's. Tapales is also faster, and Tapales has decent power, not power like Nery though. Whether Nery gets KO'd early or not, I don't think Nery is going to give Inoue a problem at all. Inoue will probably just school Nery like he did Fulton and then KO him. Lately, Inoue only fights recklessly because he's trying to bait fighters to open up.

I dont' understand how you analyze a fighter, this will be an EASY FIGHT FOR INOUE, the former Japanese CHAMP you are comparing is FAR FAR away from INOUE's SPEED and POWER, accuracy, timing, quickness all of the above.

7th rund stoppage inoue win. I think we will see that inoue has grown into the weight class and will be able to work this fight as he wants to. He does well against South paws I do think this fight will be his most dangerous fight to date but if inoues timing is 100 percent and he gets a solid feel for his opponent early on in the fight I think he rocks nery a couple times and shakes him up within the 4th round. I can see a lose for inoue but yah it's a narrow slim chance
