You are an inspiration Oscar. I can see a bit if me in your past, but some major differences. I never trained but could just rock up and compete in just about anything, be it cycling, running, swimming, kayaking, rowing, ... Rather than going tp a gym I'd do some physical work to earn money and ride my bicycIe to get there. Couldn't see point in driving to a gym to pay to exercise and drive home. Just got out there and had fun which kept me fit. I still look fit, though I'm a year younger than you, but about half your weight. Looking forward to a weekend away with some youth doing kayaking, fishing, walking, biking, .... Life is too short to be miserable. I love getting out and doing things stills.
