Good vid, heres some minor issues: 1:25 there are minimum 3 electronics boxes at the radio station with the box by the van being random. 4:25 supply room has random enemies or none at all not always 2 blinks 11:00 you can trade with mister junk first time you see him, ring quest not required.

Mr junk can be seen on the map without meeting him similar to the faction's outpost as he spawns with a specific dirt patch that is a circle that is kinda distinctive.
