Major props to P!nk for this beautifully understated rendition of a song that too many people do as an overblown "diva" piece (even Judy Garland did in later years). As presented in the movie _The Wizard of Oz,_ this is a simple song to be sung simply, and P!nk knocks it out of the park here.

Just another reason why people have stopped watching the Oscars. If this clip had run longer you would've seen the camera cutting away to an annoyed Liza Minnelli, who has publicly said she can't stand anybody but her mother singing this song.

Pink sings it her way, at times butchering the tenderness but then in parts nails it. I’m glad she didn’t attempt to sing it like Judy did because no one can, pink can’t but then again no one else can sing like Judy. Her performance made me. Miss Judy .
