I thank the academy for sharing this treasure trove with us. With a family that always revisits its old photographs, the fact that home movies evoke the same feeling of nostalgia and mortal joy was so, so special for me. Also, I received the bounty of watching figures like IDA LUPINO, ROSALIND RUSSELL, GYPSY ROSE LEE and GREGORY NAVA, iconic figures who I've heard and read much about over the years. This was a treat indeed.

Marlene was a monster. Read the daughter's biography. She basically had a kesbian move into the house and locked a Maria ( her daugter) with this kesbisn to rape her! She did not want her daughter running off with a man. She feared she would lose her. Diedrich was a demon.

What an extraordinary view of this classic footage! Cataina Island, has come a long way, with actors and actresses enjoying themselves! Seeing Wrigley Field, in Los Angeles; who knew? I only knew it to be in Chicago! Also seeing Satical Paige pitching was valuable, with Louie B. Mayer, watching in the stands! Also seeing Nat King Cole & Hayley Mills footage! Thank you for posting! ⭐

Love these. Shows the gay side of Hollywood. Cukor was gay. Billy gay. People of Hollywood had no problem with us gays. Hollywood wouldn't have been without gays. Bet the boys enjoyed weismueller. These are wonderful
