Well both sides don't develop artists. The LOX shelved J-Hood as well right because they hadn't quite made it to that real bag? They used the money to promote themselves like pushing Sheek, etc.. What happenned to Bully? Jay-Z was the best place because he had a CEO that wasn't a rapper who could push him with no conflict of interest unlike the LOX. The LOX at that just got out of a label beef with Puff, and wasn't going to invest time in other artists. I think he ended up going to jail which complicated things.
