For the most part, a single NP-F774 battery can last me a little more than half of the day. Again, I've never really had to max out my brightness in most of my conditions.

How do you get the camera settings to display on the boarder?

That would be through your cameras output settings. Because I was shooting anamorphic and the monitor was desqueezing the image, it appears that the settings are on the border.
