I have been telling my sons to cry and feel each emotion , freely , without bothering about peoples opinions. Totally free thoughts I encourage, I never cared about what the herd does and walked my own life. Though it was full of challenges like everyone else. Rebellion is my nature. So to all men here , I listen to you with love & encourage you to cry , laugh in that instant of emotion. If you feel awkward , lock yourself in room away from glare n cry until you feel lighter. I been serious in life , & learnt a lot now n bring out my emotions as it is. If angry I let it be , but certainly not disturbing others. The emotions run for a while within me. Sending my love to you all. World is not easy on men. But I show utmost love to my children. At least some relief to them

It’s easy to be too serious. The conversations I have with myself are hilarious. I laughed outloud with myself several times while riding my bicycle today. It's very easy for you to sit on a throne and to expect Jesus to laugh on the cross with multiple wounds and abuses. And it is not a laughing matter for him to hang on the cross for hours after many hours of torture and abuse to die for your sins (not for his own sins). There is a large difference between laughing and having joy. While your teaching on being happy even when things are bad is good, taking the example of Jesus on the cross is quite unrelated. The situations are completely different. In fact, Jesus himself asks us to rejoice when people persecute us. Rejoicing is different from hilarious laughing or smiling, but to have the confidence that we will be victorious trusting that Jesus who won over death will give us victory.

I agree with you and I'm thinking maybe the point he was making was how incredible or almost miraculous it can be laugh in the midst of immense suffering. For us Christ allows us peace, praise and even humor in the midst of pain and suffering.

This is such an amazing lesson, something truly impressive. Learning how to laugh, how to cry, how to love, and how to express what your heart feels is such a fundamental step in the de-programming that Osho talks about. Just as important as any trascendental meditation or revelation. If you force yourself to not express emotions that are socially unacceptable... You are not allowing your true self to exist.

I have not seen this before - but a couple of decades ago I was in a strange house around strange people - meaning it was dysfunctional fathers rent house only he could not deal with people living near him so he let me stay there for a few months after I had left a place a 1000 miles away to escape from a dysfunctional wife living a dysfunctional life - oh yes it was not lost on me that I was heavily dysfunctional myself - so anyway I was on the floor crawling around sobbing - the kind where your sides are going to hurt the next day - and I was doing the woe is me - and then it came over me that woe is me was pretty funny and I began to laugh - outloud - "is the worse you can do to me?" I asked life and that made me laugh more however I was still sobbing - the pain was the exact amount of humor I was feeling and so I was spending the exact about of energy on both laughing and sobbing at the same time - I suppose if my bowels had emptied in that moment I would have had the perfect trifecta. My world changed that day - it has never happened like that since but I am now aware of the similar meaninglessness to either endeavor - it is okay to laugh and it is okay to cry for all the right reasons - I believe it is true prayer beyond any words I could ever speak regarding humor or sorrow. It seems I can laugh at osho and his ending and also feel the sorrow at his ending in an equal amount. Only one person in the entire universe is thinking or not thinking your thoughts at this exact now moment. and now - and now - yep and now too.

Rajaneesh was betrayed by Sheela after being loyal to him for many many years. How Rajaneesh reacted can be seen “uncensored” in Netflix. He abused her and was desperate to destroy her. His anger was very evident. On the contrast Judas betrayed Jesus who was never loyal from day one. Jesus called him friend and loved him as friend. He trusted his finance with him knowing that he steals. Jesus was able to pray for his enemies in the cross. Above all he is holy and God in human form. Rajaneesh became a drug addict later which is a fact and bought guns to fight. He says things which many told before in a different way. But he mocks Jesus who lived a sinless life. Sin - not in the religious sense but doing something which is not out of love.

Existence is a great cosmic joke! There are no problems anywhere! Just soap bubbles! Awareness is the only reality. It knows no problem. Nothing to solve. It knows only rejoicing. Blissfulness. The mind cannot exist without problems. Creating fear where there is nothing at all. Truth is without any fear. Reality is pure and simple. There is no ego. "Life is not a problem to be solved. It is a mystery to be lived." When you realize the truth, you will have a big belly laugh! No-mind reveals the truth of who we are. One with existence. Nothing to fear.
