@Gabriel Lopez Yes we are programmed for fear unfortunately and we can't coerce ourselves into stopping it on the conscious level for the most part :) If we want to stop those deep unconscious programming we need to learn how to get into deeper brainwave states ( through meditation ) and out root those attachments so that we can be free in our essential nature. This may sound complicated but if one understands how to do it , it is quite easy and fun. Check out Drukama Teachings if you want to learn about it , I found their system to be very effective :)

Everytime we become aware of the river of thoughts and emotions we reclaim the land of peace within. This alone is all that is needed (awareness). Dont try to stop the river. Just allow the awareness to work its magic. Using our breath as a re-focus of attention is helpful. We are all standing on the shore of something great. Our true home. Fear is in us all. Be kind to each other. I will keep trying to let go of my fear and attachments by becoming more aware of them. Peace and love to all of you.

Don’t know why I can’t believe any other “blessed one” except OSHO. Is this only with me?

Totally agree . The master was centuries ahead of his time. Still people can't understand him. He shakes the foundations and I just love the fear of losing all beliefs, certainty, etc He is indescribable ❤️

It is so nice to notice how he talks and how he feels while talking. That is for me a sign in a dark tunnel to show me if am in the right path on finding myself. When you feel anger and you're not the free self you think you are then you can't feel what this guy is saying. This is how see him, the enlightened Osho!

Beloved Master, Osho Rajneesh, You have the beautiful ability to take away all fears and troubles with such grace, simplicity and humor. "If the whole world ends-- so what?! You will be ending with it. And with it all problems, all fear, will also disappear." Awareness, our very center of being, is the only sustainable thing; the only reliable thing in existence. It is the only thing that is not changing, that is not going anywhere. It neither comes nor goes. Treat everything in life as a gift, that comes and goes. No worry about it going, you never expected it to remain forever. Just remain centered in your own being and awareness, consciousness. Witnessing all else as temporary. Then life is a blissfulness, and there is profound gratefulness. Not fear and sadness. All love and gratitude 🙏 beloved Osho

Osho keeps the best poker face! The woman asked about fear, and he addressed the fear of death. I wish instead he had addressed the fear of suffering, because all good if the world ends and I die with it. But could you imagine a situation in which you were suffering interminably and DIDN'T die?
