He is is fact magnetic, but remember always find the truth inside you. You are your own guru. Remember Osho was a cult leader, and wether it was his fault or not, the things got out of control. which means he did not have good leadership skills. Also, some times he tried to sound controversial on purpose.

I understand his perception of living from moment to moment for individual creativity and fulfilment to be akin to the philosophies of Neitzche and Heidegger. My favorite technique from the 112 Methods, or at any rate, the one I've had success with, is focusing on the gap between the IN and OUT breath. It states that every IN breath, we are born. With every out breath, we die. Every breath cycle is a rebirth. Focusing on the gap can help stop time and bring awareness to everyday life.
