@anisasali4032 жыл бұрын
From what I have learned up to this point through my personal life journey and amazingly aware people like Osho, things are much easier than we think they are. We often fall into a trap because our minds tell us that a particular path is easier than doing things the hard way. But what we forget is that we actually make things hard for ourselves. What makes things hard are our fears. Instead of clearing our mind off of them, we create new fears and reinforce the ones we already have. Why? 'Because it is easier!' - our mind will tell us. 'I'm tired of fighting!' and so on. And then you keep fighting the wrong fights, trying 1000000 different ways, only to end up in the same place where you started, but each time your fears become bigger. When you could have just faced the fears and be living an easy life. Before you are so sure about one term or another, try looking at it from a different perspective. What is hard or easy to you and are your definitions completely valid or do they need to be reshaped? Same with ordinary and extraordinary. Being or becoming. And if you think this process of thinking makes you tired, maybe you should realize where the exhaustion really comes from in your mind. A clear and healthy mind would not think that.

Probably a byproduct of thousands of hours of meditation. Also notice how carefully he measures his words before speaking. This man is one of the few I've seen which I'd believe was mindful during literally all waking moments.
@santoshgurung83344 жыл бұрын
Do you know the dynamic meditation ???
@RaviAnnaswamy3 жыл бұрын
@@geovaniraffaelli4508 In one sense, he is not measuring before speaking. He has silenced his individual mind and is letting his whole mind speak, it forms and bubbles new thoughts in full awareness and he is slow and careful not to let the past patterned talking distort what is coming from depths. So in one sense he is not knowing what he will say next. It is as much a new thought to him as it is to us. Hence wisdom flows. Like a composer coming up with a extempore tune.

"There are those who are continously becoming and in their very effort of becoming this and that they are losing being what they are. They are losing time, life, energy and their becoming is never going to end." Yes, and I would not want to have a different life. I lose what I am because I do not like what I am. So I aim to be a better person tomorrow. Steady improvement is what lead me to a healthy life with healthy body and mind. I used to neglect my body and mind. I would never tell someone to simply stop becoming, when they are not content with what they are. I would always encourage them to become a better version of themselves if they are unhappy with the current version. And once they are happy with their current version, they can still improve, because no one is ever perfect. This is the beauty of the constant process of improvement. Never stop improving!
