This is brilliant. The spiders and cobwebs in a dark house was an excellent analogy. Shining the light (becoming aware and observing) doesn't create more spiders and cobwebs, it simply reveals what is already there. This can be overwhelming, but the solution is to watch without judgement; watch silently.
