Amazing video guys! If you ever come back here to Amsterdam and want the ultimate Avgeek experience, go to the Corendon Hotel. It's quite close to Amsterdam airport, has an ex 747-400 parked in the garden and during winter time, you two can have a romantic round of ice skating under the nose of the 747

How wonderful to see both of you looking/sounding so relaxed, vibrant & happy - not that you didn't before - but, knowing you've implemented some changes, whatever they are, you both look really well & invigorated for what ever the next chapter is going to be. Being older than you, I've found that there is often more pleasure in revisiting a destination & Amsterdam is certainly like that for me and Dan,having grown up in Africa & Oman(mainly),with boarding school in England, one of the greatest things in life is to choose to stay indoors with a book. Also walking around cities when the sun isn't blazing down, make a lazy visit to a museum or just wondering around far more relaxed, without that imperative to do anything. My great love/hobby/interest is very ancient history, much of which can entail walking round vast sites - taking Greece as an example - yes,it awesome to enjoy beautiful weather, sunshine & heat if you're near the sea or a pool, but, visiting ancient sites is a different experience out of or off season. Many times I've found I/we have The place almost or completely to yourself & without the sun beating down it's far less exhausting. Athens out of season is a very different place, which I now know like the back of my hand. Keep doing whatever it is that you're both doing and sending very best wishes to both you&yours💙💙👌⭐️'s💯❤️💯👋✌️

I'm not vegan, nor would I consider it (I have tried being vegetarian, and it just doesn't work out for me as a full time option) but as a huge fan of raspberries and raspberry flavored snacks, I had to try the new Magnum ice cream with some raspberry ripple in it last week, and it happens to be vegan. Can highly recommend! It was really good! The ice cream texture was a bit off for me who's used to dairy based ice cream, but the taste was really good! Also, you two are just great! Always an absolute joy to watch your videos! Might have to check out some of those places in Amsterdam sometime when I visit my boyfriend (I'm Swedish, my boyfriend is Dutch), my boyfriend doesn't live in Amsterdam, but his city is close enough even my Dutch standards, so just a simple train ride to visit Amsterdam. Both my boyfriend and I really like croissants and pain au chocolat too XD

14:12. - The Flowermarket is also known as the Scammarket. Be aware! 23:16 - In The Netherlands you can also travel by train and rent a bike on the trainstation (OV-fiets) to go to said countryside. You might need an OV-chipcard and the OV-Fiets product on it to do so though. Little bit more work, hopefully cheaper than a car...

19:20 you should move to The Netherlands, it's gray and cloudy weather 90% of the time. You were lucky with the weather, for real. 🤣 Next time you come to The Netherlands and want to see a bit more nature or countryside areas, go visit Friesland (that's where I live). Several of my Stockholm friends have visited it and all love it. Some of them have visited it several times already. There are 11 small cities (Dokkum is a hidden gem), the Wadden Islands are totally worth it (Ameland is my favorite), and there are beautiful national parks like Alde Feanen, and foresty areas near Bakkeveen and Appelscha that somehow look a bit Scandinavian here and there. It just shows a different side of what the country has to offer. Friesland also has its own language, Frisian. Besides that, you should also visit the city of Groningen which is not far from Friesland. It's a very lively city with a lot of young people. Loved the clips of Amsterdam! Happy to hear that you liked it there.

Thanks for a wonderful video. I love returning to cities and countries we visited about 25 years ago. We would book a ticket to Europe Rent A Car by a few Maps and just drive. It usually took my husband a good 2 weeks to leave the stress of the US behind, but after that we were content to sit outside a little cafe in some French Village whose name we couldn't pronounce and drink wine or coffee until dark we look forward to your adventures wherever they may take you❤

Oskar, speaking as an older Irish gay man living 22 years in the U.K., both you and Dan are so handsome together and I’d love to see you two become a couple - I loved the part where you said goodbye to your Swedish Mum at London Heathrow, as I still have extended family living in the same village in Rural Ireland where I grew up and I try to visit them as often as I can from Manchester - I’d love to see you doing a video from Ireland, especially the beautiful West of Ireland, any county from Donegal to Sligo, Mayo, Galway, Limerick, Clare or Kerry - we Irish would love to see you visiting us and you can be assured of a warm “Cead Mile Failte” to our shores 🇮🇪☘️🇮🇪❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Amsterdam once was the biggest city in the world (16 hundreds) All capitals in Europe develloped after that. Amsterdam not so much (only end of 19th-century the city florished again, so much of the 16th and 17th century architecture has survived) Still there are big parts of streets and canals where you litterally walk 400 years back in time. When you get the smell of that historic periode mixed with the art of the Dutch golden age (first federal republic in Europe, before France and the U.S.) you truly get the time-machine....

You will never see Queen Maxima in Amsterdam, because the royal family lives in the third city of the Netherlands, The Hague. The Dutch royal family has never lived in Amsterdam, either in The Hague or, in the past, Brussels. The king and queen only come to Amsterdam when heads of state visit the Netherlands. You indicated that Jumbo City is cheap, actually this minimart is a more expensive supermarket version of the normal Jumbo supermarkets. I think Jumbo City is 10%-20% more expensive than regular Jumbo.
