Sir, there is an Intermittent burning sensation on my tongue and it's very tiresome since June 2022. patient was planned for rct for upper first premolar ... l.a was given ... but even after l.a he has severe senstivity for cold or air.. when i checked with petiosteal or another instrument there was no pain to probing or anything.. what to do and why there was senstuvity??
