Awesome blast from the past! So glad to hear the barbershop music that they used to sing!

I really like this. Their music really makes me happy. And it's not negative. They just don't make music like this anymore. And it's wonderful music, always has been. Those harmonies make you melt

They are so cute! Donny is adorable..,just as you could see that MJ had something special and different then his brothers it is clear little Donny had a special magic around him...he too stood out at such a tender age.

I never seen this in its entirety before now. Awesome harmonies. No added electronic mechanisms necessary, for sure. Young Jay has amazing vocals and Donny was/is extremely talented, too!!!

I had no idea Jay did so much of the lead singing back then. He was adorbs.

One of these days, either Andy Williams or the Osmond Brothers are going to get their act together and put together a compilation DVD of all of the OsBros' appearances on the Andy Williams Show. I know I'd purchase it!

Alan, Wayne, Merrill, Jay. I won bets in junior high telling the names of the whole dang family. Still can do it. George (father), Olive (mother), Tom (oldest, non-singing, deaf), Virl (non-singing, deaf), Alan, Wayne, Merrill, Jay, Donny, Marie, Jimmy. Thank you. Throw quarters (jk)
@rbrown86954 жыл бұрын
Virl is actual older than Tom. Tom's the second oldest, but your right, Tom and Virl are both Deaf.
@ApartmentKing663 жыл бұрын
@@rbrown8695 Thank you. Yes, George Virl Osmond, Jr. is the oldest of the Osmond "children" and goes by Virl. The younger Olive Marie Osmond goes by "Marie" because Mama Osmond goes by "Olive."

@Tricorvus - you got the names of the 2 oldest brothers in the wrong order...>Virl is the oldest, then Tom, then the order is Alan, Wayne, Merrill, Jay, Donny, Marie and Jimmy.

They probably don't have any control over that. It's usually the record companies, etc. that have the say so of what is released and re-released

RIP Andy Williams. Those were the days...The closest talent in 2012 I have seen naturally born I would dare say is Jackie Evancho.Hope she keeps her innocence I pray for her in this dreaded age.

It is wierd age wise I always thought little Donny was basically the same age as Jay. He and Marie are closer than Donny and Jay. Donny and Jay are almost 3 years apart in age. Jay is almost 58 years young!! He doesn't look close to 60 and other than Jay appears heavier in clips he seems the same age as Donny. :)
