starch bag- hypotonic iodine bag- hypertonic because the starch bag from white turned to blue meaning iodine molecules went inside.. iodine bag, however, from yellow turned to more yellow meaning it became more concentrated.. am I right???

Because one of the solutions has a higher water potential than the other, this causes the iodine to go through the cellophane into the starch solution turning it blue
